AGE-APPROPRIATE COACHING
Sessions are built specifically for toddlers and preschoolers, focused on coordination, balance, and comfort with the ball before competition.

Tots train under the same coaching staff and club standards that guide players throughout NEXO FC's development pathway.

NEXO Tots is the entry point into the club — building skills and confidence that carry into the 2026–2027 season and beyond.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Two Age Groups With Their Own Focus
Players are grouped by age so coaching, pacing, and activities match where they are developmentally.
AGES 2-3
Introduction to Movement & Ball Play
The youngest Tots focus on fundamental movement, listening skills, and getting comfortable around a ball and teammates in a fun, low-pressure setting.
Saturdays · 9:00 – 9:30 AM
AGES 4-5
Foundational Skills & Coordination
Building on early movement basics, this group starts developing dribbling, coordination, and simple game concepts through activities and small-sided play.
Saturdays · 9:30 – 10:15 AM
